5.2 Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to provide access to the premises, a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Service Access and Preparation

6.1 Access: You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

6.2 Preparation: Please ensure that the premises are reasonably clear of obstacles, valuables, and personal items before our arrival.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1 We aim to provide a high-quality cleaning service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please inform us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will arrange a re-clean or take necessary corrective actions.

8. Liability and Damages

8.1 Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any damages or losses that are not directly caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8.2 Report Damages: If any damage occurs during our cleaning service, please report it to us within 24 hours. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
